Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Atlas-Apex Roofing (Saskatchewan) Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate subcontractors' activities and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Evaluate daily operations and make adjustments as needed
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including selecting trade subcontractors and hiring and supervising their activities
  • Develop and manage budgets, including planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones and monitoring progress
  • Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, and develop risk management plans
  • Prepare reports and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other necessary personal protective equipment
