Construction Project Manager

Brandt Developments is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee the execution of construction projects from inception to completion. If you have a strong background in the construction industry, this opportunity may be a good fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule construction projects to ensure timely completion, adherence to specifications, and budgetary constraints
  • Provide support to senior project managers and directors as needed
  • Develop and implement construction schedules and milestones, tracking progress against established timelines
  • Ensure project quality and timely delivery
  • Prepare and present construction project budget estimates
  • Oversee the work of subcontractors and team members

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing building construction projects
  • In-depth knowledge of building systems across architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil construction scopes
  • Preference will be given to candidates with an Architectural Technology Diploma, LEED Certification, or similar qualifications
