Job Summary:

Brandt Developments is seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Regina, SK. Reporting to the Director of Construction and Site Services, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management and be able to coordinate, schedule, and evaluate construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule construction projects to ensure timely completion, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Support: Provide support to Directors or Senior Project Managers as required, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Schedule Planning: Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, monitoring progress against established schedules.
  • Quality and Delivery: Ensure the quality and delivery of projects meet the required standards.
  • Budgeting: Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, ensuring accurate cost projections.
  • Subcontractor Management: Supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff, ensuring effective project execution.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in building construction project management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building systems, including architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil construction scopes.
  • Preference will be given to a candidate with an Architectural Technology Diploma, LEED Certification, or equivalent.
