Job Summary:
The Site Maintenance Coordinator will oversee and coordinate industrial janitors and floor professionals to maintain the cleanliness of our site facilities to the highest level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet daily with Manager to discuss job requirements and duties
- Provide positive leadership and set examples for subordinates
- Conduct site inspections for assigned regions
- Assist with general cleaning, including trash removal, dusting, and cleaning facilities
- Assist with floor maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, and buffing floors
- Read and explain MSDS sheets
- Coach and train staff
- Ensure health and safety processes are completed and compliant

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years residency in Canada for clearance purposes
- Floor care experience required
- Able to operate cleaning equipment and machines

- WHIMIS certified and IPAC training an asset
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. for 3 to 8 hours per shift
- Clear criminal background check required
