As a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work collaboratively with our team to create personalized care plans and provide timely interventions when necessary.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent degree and current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse with the College of Nurses. Additionally, they will hold Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification and possess strong computer skills. A valid First Aid and CPR Certificate is also required.

RhynoCare offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes extended health and dental coverage, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.

In this role, you will contribute to creating a safe, supportive environment that respects each resident's individuality and promotes their autonomy. Your knowledge of relevant legislation, such as the Long Term Care Act and Health Disciplines Act, will guide your practice and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
