We are seeking an Office Support Specialist to join our team at Yes Supply Inc. in a permanent role.

About the Job

The successful candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience and a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

In this role, you will be responsible for arranging and co-ordinating seminars, conferences, etc., as well as recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences.

You will also determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and answer electronic enquiries.

Furthermore, you will compile data, statistics and other information, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and gather, research and prepare communications material.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.

They will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.

A client focus, reliability, and accuracy are essential qualities for this role, as is flexibility and the ability to work as part of a team.
