About the Role

As an Office Support Specialist at BCasual, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a permanent position working 30-35 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative support and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Team Communication: Ensure efficient flow of information within the team by distributing mail, materials, and relaying messages.
  • Record Keeping: Prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and maintain accurate records.
  • Office Management: Establish procedures and routines, schedule appointments, and order office supplies.
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, and handle electronic enquiries.
  • Data Compilation: Compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
  • Document Preparation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: At least 7 months of experience in administrative support.
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits. This is a permanent position with a guaranteed 30-35 hour workweek.
