Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Office Support Specialist to join our team at Platinum Transport Group Inc.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the office, including tasks such as data entry, filing, and order management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting clients.
  • Enter data into various software systems, maintain accurate records, and perform data analysis.
  • Filing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date files, both physically and digitally.
  • Order office supplies, manage inventory, and ensure the office is well-stocked and equipped.
  • Prepare and send correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with accounting software and electronic mail.
Benefits:
