Client Services Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Analyst to join our team at beBee Professionals in Toronto. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues
  • Provide technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and maintenance of customer records
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and provide feedback on customer experience
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
