Job Title: CRM User Support Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled CRM User Support Analyst to join our team at CB Canada. As a CRM User Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing direct support to users in the use of CRM applications, communicating with users across various stakeholders, and resolving issues raised by users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users in the use of CRM applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Communicate with users across various stakeholders, including business and client analytics teams, to action or fulfill reporting requests.
- Collaborate with technology teams to investigate problems and recommend/implement solutions.
- Complete data work for projects, including data cleanup and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain data cleansing processes.
- Maintain status of user requests as part of the CM CRM Support model.
- Translate business requirements into appropriate application functionality.
- Support users through ad-hoc reporting.
- Respond to user requests for help on existing requests.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of CRM or capital markets data.
- University degree/college diploma or equivalent specializing in business or technology.
- 3-5 years of general business experience.
- Previous experience in a user support role.
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated team player.
- Ability to ask questions when in doubt.
- Hard working with effective communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Experience with Sales Force is an asset.
- Capital markets data knowledge desirable.
- Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel, good Excel skills.
Work Environment:
This is a hybrid role, with a mix of remote and in-office work.
