Key Responsibilities:- Schedule appointments and identify customer needs to provide personalized service.
- Process billing transactions, handle claims, and follow up on daily activities to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Work closely with our agent to establish gaps in insurance coverages during client conversations and provide tailored solutions.
- Property & Casualty license (OTL license preferred/must be able to obtain prior to commencement of employment)
