Job Summary

Molly Maid Calgary NorthWest is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and review new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity;
  • Establish priorities and ensure deadlines are met while overseeing office administrative procedures;
  • Assemble and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence as required;
  • Oversee payroll administration and resolve conflict situations in a fair and timely manner;
  • Monitor and evaluate administrative processes to identify areas for improvement;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word;
  • Experience with database software and QuickBooks is an asset;
