Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Eastgate KDB Investment inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute menus, estimating food requirements and ensuring timely preparation and presentation of dishes.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Inspect food service areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Working Conditions:
  • 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • English language proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
