About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Naval Engineer to join our team at Victoria Shipyards Co. Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing marine vessels and floating structures, as well as associated marine power plants, propulsion systems, and related systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop marine vessels and floating structures, including specifications, costs, and material estimates
  • Perform job-site calculations and act as a technical consultant in marine engineering or naval architecture
  • Review work orders and prepare construction specifications
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Naval Engineering or related field
  • 5 years or more of experience in shipbuilding and shipping
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong understanding of marine systems
