Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Naval Architecture Team Lead to join our team in Victoria, BC.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technology integration, asset management, and specialist training.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead a team of naval architects and engineers in the design and development of marine vessels.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
  3. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements
  • MSc or PhD in Naval Architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in a leadership role within the naval architecture industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
