Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Tire. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Sales and Customer Service: Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement and sales performance, and by providing exceptional customer service.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales associates, and to ensure that they are equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, and provide insights and recommendations to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
This is a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods, and to move around the store to supervise and assist sales associates.
