- Effectively manage priorities, deadlines, and achieve response time objectives
- College diploma or 3 years of relevant Inside Sales or Customer Service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with customers and internal stakeholders
- Fluent in Canadian English
- Commercial or business math skills, with the ability to calculate ratios, discounts, and margins
- Ability to analyze opportunities and offer appropriate product and commercial solutions
