Requirements
  • College diploma or 3 years of relevant Inside Sales or Customer Service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Fluent in Canadian English
  • Commercial or business math skills, with the ability to calculate ratios, discounts, and margins
  • Ability to analyze opportunities and offer appropriate product and commercial solutions
