Job Title: Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our team at Kingfisher Oceanside Resort & Spa Ltd. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Deal with public and provide customer service.
  • Perform services specific to the hotel, including taking, canceling, and changing room reservations.
  • Receive and deliver items and messages for guests.
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
  • Clerical duties, such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Own transportation.
  • Attention to detail, fast-paced environment, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, reliability, team player, client focus, flexibility, initiative, and dependability.
