Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Representative to join our team at Kingfisher Oceanside Resort & Spa Ltd. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Serve food and beverages, assist guests with special needs, and provide information regarding hotel features, services, and points of interest.
  • Room Reservations: Take, cancel, and change room reservations, and maintain an inventory of vacancies and room assignments.
  • Front Desk Operations: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and perform clerical duties such as faxing, filing, and photocopying.
  • Transportation and Travel: Provide information on local transportation and travel options.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, client focus, and efficient interpersonal skills.
