Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Bayview Hotel Group Ltd. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet the needs of our guests.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve guest complaints and issues in a fair and professional manner, escalating to management if necessary.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Availability: 35 to 40 hours per week.
