Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Bayview Hotel Group Ltd. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, take, cancel and change room reservations, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Front Desk Operations: Process group arrivals and departures, perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Customer Service: Provide general information about points of interest in the area, follow emergency and safety procedures, and contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve complaints and claims, and investigate complaints and claims in a fair and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
