At Standard Appliances Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our major and large household appliances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to clients via phone, email, or in-person
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
