Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Accounting Specialist to join our team at HYGGE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INC.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Payroll Administration: Prepare and process payrolls, calculate payroll taxes, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation and forecasting, ensuring that financial goals and objectives are met.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping is preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, QuickBooks, and other accounting software is necessary.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 per annum. The benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. We also offer opportunities for professional growth and development.
