Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective service offerings, presentations, and marketing materials that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth and development.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide training and support to junior team members to ensure their development and growth.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a service development or business development role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with marketing and business development software and tools.
