About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Financière Manuvie. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Respond to and resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex client issues
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and processes
Requirements
  • Bilingual (French and English) with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a financial services industry
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
