Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer service representative to join our team at Financière Manuvie. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and processes
  • Meet productivity and quality standards
Requirements:
  • Fluency in both English and French (verbal and written)
  • Previous experience in a contact center environment (an asset)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong technical capabilities and attention to detail
