About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Financière Manuvie. As a key member of our Canadian Segment Contact Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and resolve complex customer service requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize multiple administrative systems to resolve inquiries and meet service level standards
  • Identify and report areas of continuing client concern and make recommendations to improve the service experience
  • Recommend client-centered resolutions to issues and identify and initiate exceptions within guidelines
  • Contribute to a strong collaborative team and build customer working relationships while providing excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Must be fully and fluently bilingual (French/English) in both verbal and written proficiency
  • Previous experience in a contact center environment is considered an asset
  • Excellent technical capabilities, research skills, and attention to detail are essential
  • Ability to learn and apply information quickly and confidently
