Customer Service Representative Opportunity

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships? We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Canadian Segment Contact Center team.

This role is a great opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, providing top-notch service and support in both French and English. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling and resolving customer inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring a high-quality experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately and thoroughly handle customer service requests
• Effectively use multiple administrative systems to resolve inquiries
• Take a proactive role in identifying and reporting areas of continuing client concern
• Recommend client-centered resolutions to issues and identify exceptions within guidelines
• Contribute to a strong collaborative team and build customer working relationships

What We're Looking For:

• Must be fully and fluently bilingual (French/English) in both verbal and written proficiency
• Previous experience in a contact center environment is an asset
• Excellent technical capabilities, research skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to learn and apply information quickly
