About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Party City. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure that all customer interactions are handled with a high level of professionalism and respect.
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Operations
    • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory, and visual merchandising.
    • Ensure that the store is always stocked with merchandise and that the sales floor is visually appealing and well-maintained.
    • Manage the budget and resources to achieve sales and profitability goals.
    • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of retail sales and operations experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
