About the Role
As a Retail Operations Manager, you will be accountable for managing all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, stockroom organization, and loss prevention. You will also lead store teams to achieve sales targets, develop and implement effective business plans, and ensure seamless execution of daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate store teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement effective business plans to increase revenue and profitability
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement
- Liaise with regional managers and head office teams to share best practices and drive business results
- Maintain a safe and organized store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- At least 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop store teams
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions
- Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
