Job Title: Digital Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Communications Specialist to join our team at British Columbia Investment Management Corporation. As a key member of our Corporate & Investor Relations department, you will be responsible for creating and implementing digital communication strategies that engage our internal and external audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement digital content plans that align with our corporate and brand communications program
  • Create engaging digital content, including social media posts, web pages, and videos
  • Monitor and analyze digital metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our communication strategies
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to conceptualize and implement new web pages, hubs, and tools
  • Oversee the editorial calendar for our website and social media channels
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in communications, marketing, digital media, English, or a related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in digital communications, including content planning and creation, content marketing, and data analysis
  • Experience working in an institutional investment management and/or financial services organization is an asset
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, web-based applications, and content management systems
