Glenlyon Norfolk School (GNS) is a co-educational independent school located in Victoria, BC, Canada. We are seeking a highly skilled Communications & Digital Media Coordinator to join our team.
About the RoleThe Communications & Digital Media Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing and communication strategies across various platforms. This includes creating engaging content, managing social media, and collaborating with the marketing team to achieve desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to promote GNS's brand and values
- Create high-quality content for various platforms, including social media, email, and website
- Manage and maintain GNS's social media presence, including content creation and engagement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve marketing goals and objectives
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An undergraduate degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- A minimum of three years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in an educational setting
- Strong writing, editing, and visual content creation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
