**Job Title:** Service Design Specialist Level 1

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Service Design Specialist Level 1 to join our team at Capleo Global. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business transformation initiatives, creating digital service strategies, and mentoring team members in service design approaches and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • **Lead Business Transformation Initiatives:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Ministry-specific programs and services with the Province's citizen-focused, evidence-based approach for web and service design.
  • **Create Digital Service Strategies:** Develop and implement digital service strategies to transform business processes and improve service delivery.
  • **Mentor and Train:** Provide guidance and training to team members on service design approaches and methodologies.
  • **Communicate Effectively:** Present compelling and persuasive arguments to executives and senior management to obtain buy-in for service strategies and user experience approaches.
Requirements:
  • **Minimum 10 Years of Experience:** Proven experience in all five service areas of Design Research, Information Architecture, Content Development, Prototyping, and Strategic Planning.
  • **Leadership Skills:** Ability to lead multi-discipline teams and collaborate with senior managers.
  • **Digital Service Design:** Experience in applying gamification service design frameworks and delivering public sector service design projects.
