Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Communications Specialist to join our team in Victoria, British Columbia. As a key member of our Corporate & Investor Relations department, you will be responsible for creating engaging digital content and campaigns to support our brand and reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a website content strategy to address the latest trends, content gaps, and audience preferences.
  • Create compelling digital content, including web pages, social media posts, and videos, to support our brand and reputation.
  • Monitor and evaluate website performance and digital content campaigns using analytical tools.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to conceptualize, implement, and introduce new web pages, hubs, and tools for the website.
  • Partner with the Manager, Corporate & Brand Communications, on the maintenance of website governance documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in communications, marketing, digital media, English, or a related area of study.
  • Four to six years of experience in digital communications, including content planning and creation, content marketing, and optimizing campaign performance through data analysis.
  • Experience within an institutional investment management and/or financial services organization is an asset.
  • Accreditations with the International Association of Business Communicators or the Canadian Public Relations Society are an asset.
