Your Responsibilities:
  • Optimize interactions with clients on the technical, administrative and operational aspects of their investment transactions.
  • Use an advisory approach by detecting opportunities and referring clients to the right specialist.
  • Propose transaction and investment solutions when analyzing client files, if required.
  • Support Financial Planners in data analysis and solving complex files to satisfy clients.
  • Ensure compliance with processes used and the implementation of new features.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules.
About You:

You'll be part of a team that stands out for its strong collaboration. You're known for your empathy and open-mindedness. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills through training, hands-on learning and discussions with your partners. This position reports to the Financial Planner Manager.

This position requires you to be present in the workplace to fulfill client and operational needs. Prerequisites:

  • High school diploma and 3 years of relevant experience or college diploma and 1 year of relevant experience
  • Mutual Fund Representative (MFR) license (or obtain certification within 3 months of hiring)
  • Experience in customer service and interest in business development
  • Basic investment knowledge
  • Experience in administrative support and in processing investment, financing and transaction products
  • Proficient with IT tools and comfortable navigating digital tools
  • Ability to rigorously manage several requests at the same time

Estimated Salary:

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
