Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 9501-2837 Quebec Inc. As a key member of our gas bar team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of our sales team, ensuring seamless customer service and efficient sales processes.
  • Supervise and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing losses.
  • Operate cash registers and process transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
Work Environment

Our gas bar is a non-smoking environment with air conditioning. We offer a 40-hour workweek and a permanent employment opportunity.

Language

The primary language of work is English or French.
