Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at SHAN. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail stores, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales consultants;
- Contribute to the management of store hours and internal policies;
- Promote products to sales force and customers;
- Contribute to and maintain a work environment focused on achieving sales targets and optimizing the customer experience;
- Manage and plan purchases and inventory movements between stores;
- Ensure healthy management of employees, stock, and operations;
- Maintain visual presentation standards of stores;
- Establish sales and promotional strategies and marketing activities for the retail store network;
- Authorize and process returns of merchandise;
- Provide responses and solutions to questions from stores and franchises;
- Perform other tasks related to sales and customer service that may arise in the course of your duties.
Required Profile
- Passionate about retail sales;
- College or university degree in a field related to the position;
- More than 5 years of relevant experience in the retail industry, fashion, or beauty;
- Essential bilingualism - excellent mastery of French and English (spoken and written);
- Proficiency in MS Office tools;
- Dynamic, passionate about sales and fashion;
