Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 9501-2837 Quebec Inc. As a key member of our gas bar team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of gas bar staff, ensuring seamless customer service and efficient operations.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and maintaining stock levels, to meet customer demands.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and service.
  • Reliability, judgment, and a strong work ethic.
