About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 9501-2837 Quebec Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas bar and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked and that we have a good supply of merchandise.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Cash Handling: Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail or customer service environment
  • Language: English or French
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
