Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to lead our sales team at Studio 13 Salon and Day Spa. The successful candidate will be responsible for assigning sales workers to duties, authorizing return of merchandise, establishing work schedules, and preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales workers, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Authorize Return of Merchandise: Review and approve returns of merchandise, ensuring that all necessary procedures are followed.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for sales workers, ensuring that all shifts are covered and that workers are given adequate time off.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and analyze data on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations to management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
