Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Victoria Square Entertainment Centre Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising sales staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ensure that the store is clean and organized, and that all equipment and fixtures are in good working order.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment:

The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a retail environment, with regular exposure to customers and sales staff. The work environment is air-conditioned, and public transportation is available.

Security and Safety:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be required to undergo a criminal record check.
