Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Victoria Square Entertainment Centre Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all sales floor activities are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes supervising sales staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring that they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Organize and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
