Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all sales and customer service goals are met. This includes managing sales staff, maintaining inventory levels, and resolving customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate sales staff to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and other relevant documentation
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Work Environment:

Our retail store is located in a busy shopping district, and the ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
