Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Knutsford Campground Enterprises Ltd. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative procedures, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure they are effective and efficient.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including administering policies and procedures related to the release of records.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Resolve conflict situations and monitor and evaluate administrative procedures.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 35 hours per week.
