Job Title: Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and training to our customers on our Dealer Management Software (DMS) in the Service module.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading provider of business solutions to the automotive industry. As an Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing virtual training and support to new and existing customers on our DMS software
  • Assisting customers with on-site training and implementation of our software
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our software and its applications
  • Collaborating with our sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a dealership environment
  • Strong technical skills and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel frequently within Canada and the USA
