Job Title: Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems. As a key member of our Dealer Management System (DMS) team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch training and support to our customers on our industry-leading software.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading provider of DMS solutions in the North American retail automotive industry. As an Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing comprehensive training and support to customers on our DMS software, with a focus on the Service module.
  • Assisting customers with virtual training, online and on the phone, as well as onsite training at customer locations.
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our software and its applications in the automotive industry.
  • Collaborating with our sales and implementation teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a dealership environment.
  • Strong technical skills, with a focus on software training and support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel frequently, with a valid passport and/or US visa (if applicable).
