We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Manager to lead a complex Windows Server upgrade project across 400+ servers. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in data center management, Microsoft technologies, and large-scale logistical planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Coordination:
    • Develop, document, and execute a comprehensive project plan to ensure a seamless upgrade process.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, data center operations, and vendor partners, to establish project goals and timelines.
  • Schedule and Logistics Management:
    • Create detailed schedules to minimize disruption to business operations.
    • Oversee logistics, including resource allocation, server access, and hardware/software compatibility.
    • Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and adjust schedules as needed to meet changing project requirements.
  • Data Center and Microsoft Server Expertise:
    • Apply in-depth knowledge of data center best practices to ensure efficient and secure deployment of the Windows server upgrade.
    • Oversee software installations, configurations, and upgrades in compliance with Microsoft standards and organizational requirements.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windows Server infrastructure.
  • Stakeholder Communication and Reporting:
    • Regularly update stakeholders on project milestones, potential risks, and remediation steps.
    • Prepare and present status reports to management and relevant teams.

This role requires a strong understanding of data center operations, Microsoft server environments, and large-scale logistical planning. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage complex schedules.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
