AWS Database Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior GTM Specialist to drive the growth of our Database services in Canada and beyond. As a key member of the Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO), you will play a critical role in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that accelerate customer adoption and revenue attainment.
As a trusted business advisor, you will work closely with customers to map data and AI services to deliver on their business objectives and outcomes. You will leverage your business savvy and excellent communication skills to develop targeted sales plays and enablement programs that help field teams capture and progress opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute GTM programs and initiatives at scale with tangible results.
- Work directly with customers to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to address them.
- Partner with industry teams to identify emerging trends and workloads that impact our database services.
- Act as a trusted business advisor to guide cross-functional teams of SAs, Sales, Business Development, and Service teams to accelerate customer adoption and revenue attainment.
- Represent the voice of the customer and collaborate with field and central teams to bring customer feedback to product teams.
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- 7+ years of relevant GTM, Sales, or Consulting experience
- 5+ years of Database experience
