Manitoba Health is seeking a highly skilled Senior Molecular Pathologist to join their team.

About the Role:

This permanent full-time position offers a competitive salary, relocation assistance, and health & dental benefits plan. The successful candidate will be eligible to apply for an appointment with the Department of Pathology at University of Manitoba.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain expertise in molecular pathology
  • Contribute to the development of laboratory services and policies
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
  • Mentor and train junior staff members

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold licensure to practice as a pathologist in the Province of Manitoba through the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba
  • Be certified or eligible for certification with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in Anatomical or General Pathology
  • Have formal additional training and certification in molecular pathology
