Key Responsibilities:

  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including performing data entry and overseeing office administrative procedures.
  • Resolve conflict situations and maintain a positive working environment.
  • Utilize MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word to perform tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Working Conditions:
